Covid-19: Home deliveries updates
The MonViso team is closely following the COVID-19 guidelines assured by the World Health Organisation (W.H.O.), meanwhile respecting the guidelines shared by the local and national authorities.
During this period, we will take the necessary extra measures to ensure the safety of you, our customers, and our own team. We would like to share with you the measures we started to practice in our day to day operations:
Operational facilities
We ensure for our offices and warehouses the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Taking into consideration the current situation, we have introduced additional disinfection processes and rigorous sanitation of all locations. Our employees must wear masks and gloves when handling merchandise at all times. Sanitisers are available to all our members of the team.
All Employees Hygiene
All our team members (drivers, accountants, managers etc.) have been trained as per W.H.O. guidelines on the best practices for hand hygiene. It is mandatory for everyone to sanitize their hands before and after every interaction.
Contactless home deliveries
For our clients that made the payments online and would like to have no contact with our team, we will leave the items at their door, instead of handing it over face to face to them.
For the Cash on Delivery orders, our delivery team members are trained on the importance to sanitize before and after every interaction.
We will continue to monitor the situation and share any relevant updates.
