Hydrate before you caffeinate!

When sleeping you get dehydrated. By starting your day with a cup of coffee or tea, your body would get more dehydrated as they are diuretics. The best thing you could do in the morning before starting your daily rituals is to drink a glass of water.

A few reasons why water hydration as a first thing you do when you wake up, improves your day:

1. You would hydrate your brain, which is made 75% of water. The benefit is that you will feel fresh and ready for a productive day ahead.
2. You would clench your thirst feeling. The benefit is that you would drink less coffee or tea and will feel more energised.
3. You would diminish the irritation to your stomach lining, as coffee is highly acidic. The benefit is that you can avoid future digestive problems or minerals problems.
4. You would speed up the morning elimination process of your body. The benefit is that you will feel replenished and energised the entire day.
5. You would avoid over consuming coffee or tea, that would over stimulate the body to prevent the sensation of falling asleep. The benefit is that your sleeping natural patterns will not be affected and your brain and body will benefit from the necessary resting period.  

For everyone that includes drinking coffee or tea to start their day, we recommend to ensure to accompany each cup with a glass of natural mineral water, the healthier way to stay powered up for a longer period.
